Or, you might simply think, "I do NOT have time for that. I'm a busy mama, with kids, a husband, work, after school activities, I barely have 10 minutes to myself every day, let alone hours to prep food ahead of time."
Well I'm here to tell you, meal prep does not have to be boring, or unappealing, or take up a ton of your time. On the contrary, you'll find meal prep frees up time you didn't know you had. Meal prep gives you freedom to choose what foods work for your family, but create your OWN convenience. You'll have more time in your evenings to spend with family, and you'll spend less time at the drive through, less time at the grocery store, freeing up more time to do the things YOU love and best of all- be prepared with healthy foods to nourish your family and yourself.
